Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing and scientific committees, we are delighted to invite you to join us at the T4SS conference to be held in the city of Nancy, France on 17-20th February 2025.

This platform is dedicated to scientific aspects of the conference: submission of abstracts, review and evaluation of abstrac

You will find below some key information such as the topics to submit your abstract as well as information about the submission process.

Your file must comply with the following instructions:

• Your document must be in a A4 size (21 x 29.7 cm) and in a PDF format
• It must be a maximum single page
• It must be in English
• It must respect the T4SS conference template
• Maximum 100 characters for the title
• Maximum of 300 characters for the text
• Deadline for an oral communication submission: October, 18
• Deadline for a poster submission: November, 29

When submitting, you will be able to choose the type of submission you require.

Please select one of these two formats:

• Abstract – preference for an oral communication, short talk of 15-20min
• Abstract – poster presentation preferred

 

Key dates

● Registration  opened: July, 19th

● Abstract submission opened: July, 19th

● Deadline abstract submission for an oral communication: October, 18th

● Deadline abstract submission for an poster presentation: November, 29th

● Notification of acceptance for an oral presentation: November, 15th

● Deadline early bird registration: December, 14th

● Deadline late registration: January, 31st

Invited speakers don't need to submit their paper; you can send it directly to events@ul-propuls.fr

Submission process

You only need 5 minutes to submit your abstract:
1. Create your account (only 5 fields to fill in)
If you already have a SciencesConf. account, please log in directly.
2. Then upload your abstract on the platform
